Can I cancel, amend, combine or add something to my order I just placed?

We have a very active team. So, when you place an order, our warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.

I just placed my order. What happens next?

We will start processing your order immediately. Your purchase will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it’s not possible to change or cancel it. As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number.

Can I exchange my order for a different style?

Sorry, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternative style, then please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website. Alternatively, please contact our Personal Shopping team who would be delighted to place it for you on the telephone or support email.

How long does shipping take?

On average our products arrive within about 14 days after dispatch. But this may differ from product to product, season, and your area. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery time can go up to 49 days.

Where is my order?

After dispatching your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, which will also inform you of your order tracking number. Please track your order directly in Section “Track my Parcel” or with the relevant online parcel tracker.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

Due to the nature of our products and their rarity we don’t offer any warranty. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product (due to the shipping process) please email us within 3 (three) days from product reception.
